Processing and Handling
- Order Processing Time: Most orders for in-stock replica belts are processed and prepared for shipment within 10–15 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Custom/Pre-Order Items: Items that are customized or listed as pre-order will have estimated lead times noted directly on the product page. These orders ship immediately upon completion.
- Secure Packaging: All championship belts are shipped in discreet, heavy-duty packaging designed to protect your valuable item from damage during transit.

Note on Free Shipping: If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, it will be shipped via our Standard Ground service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
International Shipping (Outside the US)
We proudly ship our championship titles to fans worldwide!
- Shipping Rates: International rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Customs and Duties: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We advise checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
- Customs Delays: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections which can occasionally delay delivery beyond our original estimates.

What if my package is delayed?
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues or severe weather. If your tracking information has not updated in five business days, please contact us at [support@wwebelts.us] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you suspect theft, please file a police report and notify us immediately. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we will assist you with the necessary documentation for any claims process.
