7-Days Return Window

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including protective wrapping, original tags, and any included accessories (e.g., carrying bag or case).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or Personalized Belts: Any title belt that has been customized with unique side plates, names, or logos is considered a final sale.
  • Final Sale/Clearance Items: Items clearly marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Digital Products: Including digital gift cards or downloadable software.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@wwebelts.us with your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you a detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Clearly write the details outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or a different product entirely, please follow the standard return process above. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will issue a credit or help you place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
